Shipping Information

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

1. Standard Shipping ($12.95 USD)

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Includes tracking and insurance

2. Free Shipping (Orders over $50 USD)

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
  • Includes basic tracking

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing. We cannot ship to certain remote areas in Asia and other excluded regions.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide (excluding certain Asian and remote regions). Customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties that may apply in their country.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love every step in your Geox & GUESS footwear. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your purchase within 15 days of delivery.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Original packaging must be included
  • Return must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase (order number) must be provided

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:

  • Worn sandals or flats (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Items purchased during final sale or clearance events (clearly marked)

Return & Exchange Process

Follow these simple steps:

  1. Initiate Your Return Request

    • Your order number
    • Item details (name, size, color)
    • Reason for return/exchange
    • For exchanges: preferred replacement details
  2. Wait for Approval
    We’ll review your request within 1-2 business days and email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number with instructions.
  3. Package Your Items
    Securely repackage the item(s) with all original tags and packaging. Include a copy of your order confirmation.
  4. Ship Your Return

    Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after return receipt
  • Bank Processing: Additional 5-10 business days may be needed for the refund to appear in your account
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchange Information

  • We’ll ship your replacement once the returned item is received and inspected
  • Price differences will be adjusted (you’ll be charged or refunded accordingly)
  • Standard shipping rates apply for exchanges unless the original order qualified for free shipping

Damaged or Defective Items
